Earlier today at approximately 1PM PT some Arlo Smart customers noticed that they were not receiving rich notifications from their Arlo App. Arlo Smart users are still receiving motion notifications and video clips are available in the library, but these recordings may not include details of A.I.-enabled detection for Animals, Packages, People or Vehicle.
Our team is actively investigating these reports and will provide an update as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
