We are investigating a latency issue where some customers may experience delays in Login. We are working on resolving this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience!

The incident has been resolved.

The issue with Latency for Login has been resolved for all affected users. We are still working with the Billing service provider for resolving subscription issues.

This incident is still being actively worked on. We are attempting to mitigate the issue with our billing service.
