The development team is investigating an issue with VMB4000 and VMB4500 base stations being removed when adjusting device order within Arlo account settings. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are working on a resolution.

The issue has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The issue has been identified, mitigation is in place and a permanent fix is being implemented.
