Arlo team is investigating an issue affecting some customers in the Australia and New Zealand region would be experiencing motion recordings missing in the library and Notifications may be significantly delayed, or may not arrive at all. We apologize for this inconvenience. The teams are working on resolving this issue at the earliest.

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Some customers may even experience issues in live streaming.
