The Arlo DevOps team is investigating an issue where Arlo North America & Europe customers are experiencing a gap in timelines for continuous video recordings. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue.
After reviewing the incident, we would like to confirm that this only impacted CVR timelines for users in the Europe region and had no impact on users in the North America region.
A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results.
