Some Android Users not able to login using latest 3.0 app Wednesday 24th February 2021 11:47:00


[2/26 - 10:30] We apologize for the inconvenience. This is issue has been fixed with App release 3.0.1. This release is marked for an auto-update. To get an immediate fix please use the Google Play Store to update to the latest version.

[11:47] Arlo DevOps team is investigating an issue where some Android App users may not be able to login with the error message off “Your session has expired. Please sign in to continue”. While we are fixing the issue, here is a workaround:

  1. Kill the app -> open the app -> click "Log out" -> log in again.
  2. OS-level app settings -> Clear data
  3. Uninstall/reinstall the app.
