Library Geofencing outage

Our team has resolved the geofencing capability that was impacted during a service disruption that occurred May 24, 2019. Arlo’s geofencing feature is now working as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our team restored this feature.

Notifications Geofencing outage

Video Recording Video delay

Services are now restored, but it may be possible that some videos recorded between 10am pm to 12:40 PST/May 25, 2019, may not be viewable in users’ libraries.

Video Recording Video delay

We are aware of an issue where some customers are experiencing a delay in receiving push notifications and video recordings. Our team is actively investigating this and will provide an update as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

Video Recording Missing videos

As previously reported, some customers were unable to receive notifications and/or view video clips. Services are now restored, but it may be possible that some videos recorded between 12pm to 7:20pm PST/May 24, 2019, will not be viewable in users’ libraries.

We sincerely apologize for this service disruption and want you to know that our team will continue monitoring and actively managing our systems to maintain the best possible performance at all times.
